General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the website and orders for UGC content services from Lime UGC.

2. Orders and pricing

The amounts displayed in the configurator constitute the reference price list. A discount may be offered depending on order volume. Add-ons (hooks, B-roll, product photos, and extended usage rights) are charged according to the price list shown at the time of the order.

3. Payment

Payment is requested after the WhatsApp discussion and the team’s approval of the brief. Production begins upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery and revisions

Deliverables are uploaded to the brand area. A revision may be requested before final approval, within the limits specified in the brief.

5. Usage rights

Usage rights are granted for 3 months by default and may be extended to 6 months or for life, depending on the option selected when ordering.
